As a lifelong resident of Clermont County Shawna found that there were limited resources supporting expectant mothers and families.  In 1996, she led community members in establishing A Caring Place Pregnancy Resource Center and remains the Executive Director.  Shawna based on her life experiences provides compassionate care and leadership to A Caring Place clients.  Shawna is often found in her office managing the operations of the facility or serving as A Client Care Advocate.  It has been Shawna's mission since the doors opened to serve and support the community through an array of no-cost services.  When Shawna is not at A Caring Place she enjoys reading, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and dog Marshall.

​Holli grew up involved with A Caring Place but has found a new level of involvement in the center, as the Office Manager.  Holli has spent much of her career in customer service roles, so it is no surprise she is gifted in working with clients.  She is as mother of two but has experienced her own fertility struggles.  Holli can most often be found welcoming you as you enter the center and serving as a Client Care Advocate.  When she is not at A Caring Place Holli enjoys crafting, vacationing, and can be found cheering the loudest at her children’s activities.

As a mother of four, Jody understands the triumphs and struggles of motherhood.  In 2022, she was led to serve at A Caring Place as the Client Services Director, a role in which she still serves today.  Jody can often be found working with volunteers, serving as A Client Care Advocate, and partnering with community organizations to ensure ACP has the best resources available.  She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has extensive experience in business but her true passion is in serving expectant mothers and mothers facing difficulties during the postpartum period.  When Jody is not serving at A Caring Place she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and extended family.
